Depending on cell type and stimulus, the MKK family when overexpressed as a
dominant interfering form, can inhibit p38, JNK, or both. There is also
some evidence that the cell cycle inbibitor p21 can block JNK activity.
Does someone know of inhibitors, drugs or overexpression of some
protein thqt could specificaly inhibit p38 or JNK pathways.
