FW: questions from a high school teacher

To whom it may concern,

I am a high school science teacher on Long Island, NY.
I have a group of students who want to study schizophrenia.
We thought that there are model c elegans that could be used.
We have used worms in the classroom before.
They read that regular exercise can improve the symptoms of schizophrenia.
We were thinking, is it be possible to exercise a worm to test this idea.

I am not sure if this is a crazy idea but it would be interesting to get other opinions.
We also are equipped to do biotech work. We can do PCR and we have access to RtPCR at a
local lab.

Any advice or ideas to help us would be greatly appreciated.
