Recommendation for strains

Dear all,

I am new to the C.elegans research community. My assay needs to score the
number of worms in a well by a fluorescence marker. Could you please share
the strains that express a fluorescent marker (gfp, cherry, rfp etc) ideally
tagged on to a universally(in all stages or at least the late larval and
adult stages) expressed gene. I am also searching the CGC database to
shortlist a few strains. However, it would be very helpful if I can get some
personal recommendations from this forum.
