help with DAPI fluorescence project please

Hi,

I am developing a low-cost LED-based fluorescence dissecting scope,
specifically for worm work. I've already got excellent results with eGFP
and mCherry that I will present at the next worm meeting, but would like
to extend the system to show DAPI staining as well. I have live strains
that express the proteins, but in my small lab, I don't have any DAPI or
the items to conveniently mount worms and DAPI stain them or even any
DAPI to stain worms.

I would really appreciate it if someone could send me some old slides
(or make me a new slide) with some DAPI stained worms. They can be WT,
mutant, any stage... even embryos, as long as they show bright DAPI
staining of nuclei. I can pay the shipping if necessary and can return
the slides within a few weeks if desired. I will promise not to show
the images of the slides anywhere, if that is important. Alternatively,
a little DAPI in a tube and a simple protocol or link to one would be
okay, too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
