Dear Igor Grushetsky

I am currently reviewing a paper which cites two research papers published in Technical Acoustics. I read from the journal website that papers published in this journal are free of charge to readers. However, I am having difficulty to access the journal and the articles.

If possible, could you kindly help me with the following two articles:

Zhang Jian-wei and Xiang Jing-lin, "Analyzing the ship-radiated-noise with the wavelet-domain HMM model," Technical Acoustics, 19, 60-63 (2000).

Wang Chun-qi and Wang Hong-zhen, "A study on classification of transient sonar echoes," Technical Acoustics, 19, 6-8 (2000).
