Bio modeling Talk By Dr. Sanat Mohanty

Dear All,

You are cordially invited for a talk by Dr. Sanat Mohanty, CEO, Pienomial to be held on 15th Dec, 2022. He will discuss how machine learning models may be useful in identifying characteristic performance in large variable operations or poorly understood systems, with examples from pharma/bio process/medical device manufacturing processes.

Dr Sanat Mohanty is the CEO of Pienomial (a company using AI/ML models in decision support for Bio pharma ops and strategy). He has a B.Tech from IITB and PhD from University of Minnesota in Chemical Engineering. His professional history includes 8+ years at 3M, USA including 4 yrs leading the corporate research labs in high performance Adhesives and PSAs, 4 yrs as Assoc Prof at IIT Delhi in Chemical Engg, and more recently as VP of Materials Dev and Ops at Senseonics, an implantable Continuous Glucose Monitoring Device Company in the USA.

Date: 15th December, 2022, Thursday

Time: 11am - 1pm

Venue: CEPD Lecture Hall, NCL

Tea will be served BEFORE the talk, from 10.30 am.
