project positions in mathematical modeling

Dear colleagues,

There are two open PA-1 positions advertised at the NCL website ( https://jobs.ncl.res.in/ ; Nos 2025/CSIR-NCL/PMC/GAP334926/610 and 2025/CSIR-NCL/PMC/GAP334926/611) and another expected to be advertised in a couple of weeks.

The selected students will work with me on mathematical modeling of various biological systems, including transcription and its regulation, post-translational modification and systems pharmacology. As for all NCL PA positions, it is possible to also register for a PhD after a minimum tenure subject to satisfying the specified conditions. Currently there is ~3 more years of funding in these projects.

Please forward to recent (and not so recent) graduates who may be interested, and ask them to apply to both positions separately even though the eligibility, job description and interview times are identical.
