2 day workshop on AI for Biologists

We are organising a 2-day workshop on AI for Biologists at IISER Pune on the 15th and 16th of March 2025.

The workshop aims to introduce and familiarize participants with the latest data analysis techniques, focusing on: Curating and querying relational databases, applying machine learning algorithms (ML, SVM, etc.), analyzing images and structural biology data. This interactive workshop will provide hands-on training in AI/ML techniques using real-world datasets from genomics, structural biology, and computational biology. This would be a great opportunity for biology researchers in India, at all levels, to get familiar with AI/ML and its relevance to their fields of research.

We are hoping that you and your lab members/students would find this interesting and may want to participate. I request you to please attend if you can and certainly send your lab members to the workshop.
