Fail to do map connectivity

Hi, I'm trying to get a consensus map for a study that I'm working on. So as a first step I have tried to do the Map Connectivity (InfoMap) but it failed. I couldn't troubleshoot the problem. I have attached my input files below. Will appreciate if anyone can look at them and advice me on the issue. Thanks for your help.

Dear ilakiya sharanee,

 

I identified that chr9 of Jia2011 map causes that issue, but at the moment I can’t explain why. I will try to continue my investigation but I hope this information help you a bit

Did you manage to find out the problem? Is it because of the lack of common markers between the maps? Let me know once you could sort it out. Appreciate your kind help.
