Hi,
I do meta analysis with different traits (seed number, thousand seed weight, flowering time and seed yield). I would like to group QTL for seed number, seed yield and thousand seed weight
I wrote an ontology table but it didn't work
I add the ontology file
Can you give me more explication on the ontologie table or another solution to group QTL please?
