problem with consensus map creation

Hi,

I am a new user and I try to create the consensus map between my files (6 files XLM) but I started the analysis 3 days ago and Biomercator always runs without giving me the consensus map (I work on rapeseed).

I don't know if it's habitual or not

No, it’s not an habitual behavior, how much marker do you have per map ? is it possible for you to send me your maps by PM ? I can have a look if you want

Thank for your answer. I resolved the problem it was a problem with the version of biomercator and space on my computer
