Dear Stella
Can you just provide me the latest GFF and XRef file for use as structural and functional annotation files for maize? I need to learn the process of preparing anchor files. Please provide key steps and links that can help in making anchor file.

Dear Stella,

By ‘annotation’ do you mean functionnal annotation ? if it is the case I guess you can just use structural annotation to project your QTLs on a physical map, you will probably need to provide an empty functional annotation file

Best,

Yannick
