Hello,

I'm trying to prepare xml files to use in Biomercator using MetaDB program of MetaQTL. But it keeps returning this error.

Please find the error below, and used data attached.

MetaDB error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.metaqtl.main.MetaDB.main(MetaDB.java:181)
