ratio and p-value in QTLProj not working

I have just noticed that during the step of QTL projection using the command QTLProj, changing the values of 'ratio' and 'p-value' does not produce any effect.

I did several tests, and used the same data with the package metaqtl alone, and in this case, changing the 'ratio' and 'p-value' from the command line, does produce an effect.

In this way I could check if there was an error with my data, but there is not.

It would be great if you could check.

Dear Pietro,

Indeed i checked in BioMercator and it seems that the fields exist to
fill a value, but the default value is used to run metaqtl, whatever the
value you filled in the field.
