Hi, everyone!

I would like to inform you of the recent changes in the BioLCCC software.

1) Python library pyBioLCCC was renamed to pyteomics.biolccc. Please
update your scripts correspondingly (the cheat is to insert the string
"import pyteomics.biolccc as pyBioLCCC" at the beginning of the
script).

After rebranding, the BioLCCC library finally joined the pyteomics
project, which also will be released very soon.
The new library can be downloaded from the Python Package Index:
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyteomics.biolccc/
We also moved the documentation from our private server to the public
Python documentation repository at
http://packages.python.org/pyteomics.biolccc/
Finally, we have switched from our source code repository to
bitbucket.org but been able to keep the same domain name. The source
code and issue tracker can be found at
http://hg.theorchromo.ru/biolccc .

2) The installation packages for Windows were updated. At last, the
issue of incompatibility between different version of Python reported
by several users has been solved. The new packages are supposed to
work both with the vanilla distribution and Enthought Python. Please,
report if you encounter any trouble during installation.

And, finally, we expect Pyteomics to be published within the next
week! Stay tuned!

Anton.
