Hey I need to extract metadata of Sars-Cov-2 sequences from GISAID in excel sheet but I'm unable to do so. As there are many sequences to manually look into each sequence file for metadata extraction (date, patient status, area etc). Is there any better idea to do so? any pipeline or any other place to extract that data from? I need it urgently for my fyp.
