Good morning!

Today (10/30) we are going to discuss the topic "how gene expression clustering works". Zhuo Wang, an exchange graduate student from Dr. Scherzer's lab will share what she learned. Not just for gene expression, clustering (or cluster analysis) has been widely used in high-dimension data processing and visualization. In this session, Zhuo will cover the basics of clustering methods and how to use it in R environment. So please come in on time, as the room would be filled up quickly.

Time: Oct 30th, 12:00-12:45 PM
Place: 9th-floor conference room of BTM building (60 Fenwood Road, Boston)

Here will be her slide: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Bf_XVwm9lGk2A8tBDjJ_6rrw4Tn2_EiDOsZoSFOnWYA/edit?usp=sharing

See you soon!

Best,
