Estou a algum tempo tentando instalar o Biopython no Open Suse 12.2 e tentei de várias maneiras, porém não tive sucesso.

Alguém pode me ajudar ?

Qué maneras has intentado para instalar Biopython en OpenSuse?

La que yo te recomentdaría es usar repositorios de software para OpenSuse 12.2. Buscando he encontrado la siguiente web que te puede ser de ayuda:
http://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home:ocefpaf&package=python-biopython

Si este paso no te funciona, lo siguiente a probar sería instalar mediante setup_tools tal como se indica en la web del proyecto biopython:
http://biopython.org/wiki/Download#Easy_Install

What ways have you tried to install Biopython in OpenSuse?

I would recommend you to use software repositories for OpenSuse 12.2. Searching I found the following site that can help you:
http://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home:ocefpaf&package=python-biopython

If this step does not work, try the following to install it using setup_tools as shown in Biopython project website:
http://biopython.org/wiki/Download # easy_install
