Dear all,

The strategic alliance of the three universities Frankfurt, Darmstadt and Mainz to form the Rhine-Main-University provides an unprecedented opportunity to integrate bioinformatics research and education in the Rhine-Main area. As a fist step in this direction I am happy to invite you to participate in the first RMU Bioinformatics symposium that serves to provide an initial survey of bioinformatics expertise represented in the RMU and to discuss present and future challenges in this area. Next to 13 local presenters, we are happy to welcome two external experts in the field, Prof. Dr. Arndt von Haeseler (CIBIV, Vienna), and Prof. Dr. Martin Vingron (MPI for Molecular Genetics, Berlin) to give the keynote lectures. Please find further details below, and the symposium poster attached.

I would highly appreciate if you could distribute this announcement within your group and to  further interested people.

Details in brief:

Date and time: Wednesday, 27th July 2016, 9:00 - 18:00

vacation during this time :)

Best

Dear Michaela,

I'll be also on vacation.

Moreover, I will miss our talk at FIAS tomorrow because I'm not in
Frankfurt.

Best,
Ina.
