The Abate Lab is seeking postdoctoral candidates with experience in protein engineering and/or NGS. The lab has developed new methods for long read next gen sequencing, single cell sequencing, and deep mutational scanning of enzymes. The candidates will be trained in droplet-based microfluidics and work together with experts in protein engineering and NGS to develop their own research problem in these areas.Adam R. Abate
