HDT Docker container

Dear all,

A few days ago, I created a Docker container for the cpp implementation of HDT [1].
This allows you to use the HDT tools rdf2hdt, hdt2rdf and hdtSearch directly without manually having to build from the sources.

I hope other people can benefit from this container as well.
If you experience any problems with this, don't hesitate to open an issue [2] or contact me directly.
