A hands-on course focused on graph-based pangenome construction and analysis, covering the full workflow from graph building to variant analysis. Participants will work with state-of-the-art tools developed within the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium, including PGGB, WFMASH, ODGI and PanGenie.
