Final abstract deadline for ISMB 2026: April 9 (AoE)

The final abstract deadline for ISMB 2026 (July 12–16, Washington, DC) is almost here: April 9, 2026, 23:59 (AoE).

ISMB remains a central venue for computational biology, and the Text Mining COSI brings together researchers developing NLP methods as well as those using it to address biological problems. With the rapid growth of generative AI, we are especially interested in work that demonstrates how these approaches are being used in biomedicine.
If you have recent work related to biomedical NLP, text mining, or literature-grounded AI systems, we encourage you to consider submitting to the Text Mining COSI.
