Hi
I am starting to use the BioGPS. I found my target gene and it indicate that it is low express in some organ, but how can I find the articles that published these specific results ?
for example:
this is expression of strd7 in mice, how can I find the article that looked to its expression in the lungs?
thanks

Hi Amnah,

The appropriate publications will depend on the dataset you're looking at. If you've been looking at one of the default datasets, you can probably find the corresponding article here: http://biogps.org/downloads/ (under publications/references).

If you've been inspecting one of the datasets in the library, click on the 'source' link next to the dataset to see its ArrayExpress entry and the appropriate citation.

If you just want to find articles on this gene in general, there are plugins which can help you do that.

best wishes,
ginger
