Data Download for Predictive Analytics

What is the policy for downloading data and using it for predictive analytics. I will give credit and links to original data-set provider/author of a paper.

You can find the appropriate publications for most of the default datasets in the downloads page http://biogps.org/downloads/

If you are using a dataset from the dataset library, view the source to go to the corresponding ArrayExpress page to obtain the proper publication to cite for that data set.
