Hello,

I was delighted to see on http://biogps.org/#goto=genereport&id=107527 that cell line 3T3-L1 , which I can access easily, expresses gene Il1rl2 according to your data.

Could you give me any more information on the status of the cells as these are a fibroblast line that can be differentiated into adipocyte-like cells? Basically I need to know whether the cells were differentiated or as normally passaged.  is there a source for this kind of information about your RNA samples so I need never trouble you again?

Best wishes,

Martin Nicklin

Dear Martin,

Apologies for the late reply. I was trying to get additional
information from the person who cultured those cells (who has since
moved on to another position), but unfortunately I have not heard
back. However, I think it is fairly safe to assume that these cells
were undifferentiated.

Cheers,
