biogo moving... again

As people may be aware, googlecode is closing.

This means that biogo needs to move. I have started the move with, I
think, the majority of repos moved across to what was previously the
code mirror at github.com/biogo. Over the next few days I will update
imports within the project to point to the github packages. These
changes will be pushed to code.google.com/p/biogo packages as well, so
your code should largely just work after the change (your imports will
need to be updated before googlecode goes off-line next year).

New issues should be filed at github.
