What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Georeference "Pine Flat, Coconino Co. AZ"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see all features named Pine Flat, since the clause "Coconino Co. AZ" is
uninterpretable as it stands.

What version of the product are you using (see top right of Workbench
interface)? On what operating system? Using which browser (include version
please)?

For comparison, the results for "Pine Flat, Coconino Co, AZ" and "Pine
Flat, Coconino Co., AZ" appear to be correct.
