What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Voronež
2.Woronesch
3.Воронеж

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to find the city of Воронеж, Russia. Only Voronezh works. Is there a
help file that describes how to latinise non-latin placenames? Can
non-latin letters be used? What about diacritics, such as in České
Budějovice? That also returns nothing, however, removing the diacritics
works.

What version of the product are you using (see top right of Workbench
interface)? 1.2.4 On what operating system? Windows XP 5.1 Using which
browser (include version
please)? Firefox 3.6.23
