1.after a couple of minutes the uploading process gets interrupted

I see an empty with an x

Can you attach a file that has this problem?
There is no known limit to the number of rows in a data set. The largest
data set ever uploaded and georeferenced successfully is over 16k records.
But practically speaking it is much easier to deal with data sets of about
1000 records or less.
