BioGeoBEARS Beginner Guide

Dear Nick and All,

I am a Botany graduate from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. As a prospective student, I recently started a self paced biogeographic analysis project using BioGeoBEARS. I got the .tree file basic guidelines from Francis J Nge. and .geog file generated.

I am wondering if anyone who is at their first stage with BioGeoBEARS with whom I can contact and talk about the standard script, hands on training, BSM analysis criteria.

Hi! As always it's a bit chaotic, but the example script is here, if you can get that to run, then modifying for your own files is pretty easy...
