There seems to be so incompatibility among versions of some software...
Recently, a major release of numpy has been published that created incompatibility.
Biogeme has been updated to be compatible with the new version of numpy.
The best thing to do is to install Biogeme in a "clean" environment when nothing else is installed. Biogeme will then install the required packages, with the right release number.
I have no experience with Google Colab, and I do not know how to create environments, but I am sure chatGPT can help you on this.
