Ordered logit predicted value used as 2SLS

Dear Professor, 

I am exploring the possibility of doing 2 stage models with the first model being ordered logit and the second model being mnl simultaneously. 

I wonder if I can use the first model output (Y variable) (predicted values for each individual) as the X variable in the second model. If it can be done in Biogeme, could you guide me to an example or the way I can implementing these steps?

Yes, it is possible. The syntax would be similar to the one used for hydrid choice models. Have a look at this report:
