WRONG SIGN OF COEFFICIENT

Dear Professor and the rest of the community,

I got the following results, one of the variables has the wrong sign (B_TIME). How do I identify the course of the error.

If is as a result of poor experimental design, can it be rectified?

Please help. This is urgent.
