MDCEV example data

Hi,

I would like to run the MDCEV examples but cannot find the necessary data? Is this by choice or could you point me to the correct .csv file.

It is directly distributed with Biogeme.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I'm sorry, I still can't seem to find it. In the data folder, I can see the optima.dat and swissmetro.dat which both seem to not be from the American Time Use Survey as specified in the mdcev documentation. 
I am trying to follow this and this file, and in the process_data.py I'm supposed to provide the data.csv, which I cannot find. I am really sorry if this is too obvious but I cannot for the life of me seem to find the necessary data.

You're right. The file was missing in the github. Sorry.
It is now available at
