Estimation of residuals

Dear Professor Michel,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to seek your advice regarding a thesis I have written using Biogeme for hybrid choice models or integrated choice and latent variable (ICLV) models.

In model specification, we assumed that the residuals are normally, identically and independently distributed.

Could you kindly provide guidance on how to calculate the residuals using Biogeme.

Not really. The latent variable is supposed to be normally distributed. But as it is not observed, there is no way to calculate residuals.
