Dear Professor Bierlaire,

I am trying to use a log function in the utility function for the destination choice model. The utility function will look like: U = a1x1+ a2x2 + log(a3x3+a4x4), where a and x are coefficients and variables respectively. I would like to know if Biogeme allows me to do so.

Thanks,
Yufei

Yes. Just import the “log” function from “biogeme.expressions” module.

from biogeme.expressions import log
