nested logit model

Dear professors:

I would like to ask you some questions about nested logit model. How to define the utility functions in following two level model ? The utility functions of charging or nor and route choice include different explanatory variables. I would like to ask you how to define each utility function in the nested logit model.  By the way, if i want to use ICLV model in route choice model rather than the MNL model, how to get the final estimated results? I find that the Integrate tool or Monte-Carlo integration can't get the results.

In the exact same way as for logit model. There is no difference. 

By the way, if i want to use ICLV model in route choice model rather than the MNL model, how to get the final estimated results?
