Questions about data types

Dear  professors and biogeme users,

I turned to Biogeme from  Nlogit just recently. However, the dataset type Nlogit recommends is long data, while I noticed that the data example in this website is wide data. I am wondering that if I could run the mixed logit model by my dataset below. The blank space has no value.
