There is no difference. But if you run the same model twice in the same directory, the second estimation uses as initial values the last estimates available, in order to speed up the calculation. So the "Init. models" are different. You should compare the statistic with the null log likelihood instead.

Dear Dr Michael,
Therefore, rho squared for initial model isn't reference at all , either I run the model for first time or more time. I should depend on rho squared for null
