Dear Bill,

One quick question.

I am in the process of reading the documentation for BioFabric, and perhaps this might answer itself once I finish familiarizing myself with all of it: When using the SIF files, does BioFabric allow for any distinction to be made between Activator AND Repressor when resorting to "Pd" as the node relationship?

Julius:

You could specify PdA and PdR as the relationship tags. Visually,
they would not look any different, except when mousing over the
link or using the magnifier, you would see the tag. At the moment,
there is no foot versus arrow distinction, for example.

It is possible, however, to create separate edge wedges for the
two types of relationships using "link groups". Would that be
useful for what you are trying to do?

Thanks for the question!

Bill
