Enabling Shadow Links

Shadow Links, which are described in the BMC paper (see Figure 2), are really useful for getting a full picture of the connectivity of a node. To activate them, select Edit->Set Display Options..., check the Display Shadow Links box, and click OK. Since BioFabric has to rebuild the image cache, this change will take at least a couple seconds to complete.
