Per farlo basta che scrivi una normale email (se vuoi anche con allegato il
volantino .pdf) in cui si descrive brevemente l'incontro, NoemaLife (un po'
come nell'email che è stata inviata alla newsletter Career Service) completa
di qualche link.

Magari come firma metti il simbolo del Career Service o scrivi che servizio
fate e per conto di chi (Università di Bologna).

Una volta preparata l'email basta inviarla da questo account email con il
quale sei registrata all'indirizzo: bioengin...@googlegroups.com

Normalmente sul gruppo scriviamo in inglese, ma se non hai nulla di pronto
fai
pure copia/incolla con il materiale in italiano che hai già.
