Abstract Submission - Now Open

[Bioengineering in Ireland (BINI) Conference Mailing List]

Dear All,

The abstract submission is now open until Friday the 14th of November 2025 (6pm). 

Please review the instructions below:

1. Link to the Abstract submission form - Please submit a PDF file using the below template (part 2). 
   • You must log in with a Google account to submit a file, we will delete this information once all abstracts have been submitted. 
   • For those that would like to submit their abstract for review of the Engineers Ireland Research medal, please choose the 3+ year PhD option. This will bring you to a separate section that asks whether you would like your abstract to be reviewed or not.
2. You can find the updated Abstract template here 
   • Save as PDF, and the filename must be "surname_firstname"  e.g. SMITH_John.pdf
   • Figures can be in colour (just the text must be in black).
   • Do not edit the template format, text size, or margins. 
3. We will update you shortly on the process for both registering for the conference (via RAMI website) and booking the Hodson Bay hotel via their website (with a promo code).
