Dear Colleagues,
The Nijmegen Centre for Molecular Life Sciences, in collaboration with
the Institute for Genetic and Metabolic Diseases, is organising its
fourth annual symposium, entitled, New Frontiers in Bioenergetics, to
be held on 16th & 17th November 2010 at the Radboud Auditorium,
Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
New Frontiers in Bioenergetics will explore the latest exciting
developments in energy production and consumption with a focus on (i)
Bioenergetics: structure, function & regulation, (ii) Pathobiology and
treatment of mitochondrial disease, (iii) Energy & growth
(dys)regulation, and (iv) Energy & aging.
A large panel of internationally renowned scientists that have
contributed significantly to the understanding of energy production in
health and disease have been invited to participate in this meeting.
This symposium will be of interest to scientists and clinicians of all
levels, from students to senior professors. Everyone is encouraged to
attend. Deadline for registration is the 29th October.
