The Naviaux Lab at the University of California, San Diego has an
immediate opening for a postdoc (MD, PhD, or both) with broad
experience in the mass spectrometry of small molecules and
metabolomics. Our research is in Mitochondrial Medicine, with focused
interests in the metabolomic analysis of Autism, Diabetes, Cancer,
Regenerative Medicine, and chronic infectious diseases like Malaria
and Tuberculosis. Additional experience in mass spec proteomics or
marine natural products is helpful but not required. A solid
knowledge of mammalian, plant, or bacterial biochemistry is
