Colleagues,
My lab has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral fellow. I am
looking for an individual with a strong background in molecular and
cellular biology and familiarity with a diverse range of technologies,
including recombinant DNA, protein biochemistry, cell culture, gene-
targeting, and imaging of protein localization in both fixed and live
cells. The current interests in my lab are signaling pathways that
regulate the response of cells to oxidative stress (particularly the
Nrf2/Keap1 pathway) and the molecular mechanisms of mitochondrial
movement and function. We are particularly interested in those
aspects of these topics that relate to cancer, infectious disease and
neuromuscular diseases.
If you know of recent PhD graduates who are looking for a position,
please
have them contact me directly.
Thanks for your help.
