Hello Aileen,

Could you please provide more details? 

Which version of Biodiverse are you using? 

Which operating system are you on? (Windows, Mac, Linux)

Which data are you trying to export to shapefile?  Is it the results of a spatial analysis?  Or are you exporting the groups from a basedata object? 

Are you exporting a cluster analysis?  (In which case, see https://biodiverse-analysis-software.blogspot.com/2019/08/export-cluster-analyses-to-shapefiles.html ).
