Hello. Is Biodiverse able to perform rarefaction analyses and/or generate rarefaction curves?

Hello Gilbert,
Biodiverse does not yet do rarefaction, although it can be added.
It does support richness estimation using the Chao1, Chao2, ACE and ICE
estimators.
