This weekend, Sunday 12/8 @1pm, join us for hands-on experience in growing plants without soil. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned grower, this workshop will teach you the ins and outs of hydroponic agriculture based on NASA fundamentals. Set up your own hydroponic system, dive deep into the science of photosynthetic lighting, learn about various types of plant nutrients, and explore how hydroponics enables innovations in agricultural companies. You will also take home your own hydroponic system kit based on NASA's Vegetable Production System (https://science.nasa.gov/mission/veggie/). Kit Components included with class: Pots with reservoirs, Kimtech Wicks- Nutricote slow-release fertilizer, Calcined clay substrate, Plant labels, LED lights with canopy, Photoperiod outlet timer, Leafy greens and herb seeds, Purple GMO tomato seeds
